QC Process Chart Template (QC工程表)
An Excel template for building a QC process chart (QC工程表) for a production line, ready to fill in. The first sheet is the form: product name, part number, date and author fields, and an eleven-column table with Vietnamese–Japanese headers — process number, JIS Z 8206 symbol, process name, equipment and jigs, control item, control standard, inspection method, frequency (100% or sampling), person in charge, records and abnormality handling. Two grey example rows come from the source articles (process 30 milling, dimension A 50±0.1 measured with a caliper, sampling n=5; appearance free of scratches and burrs, 100% inspection). The second sheet explains each column, how to read a row, a six-point rollout checklist, common mistakes, and how the chart relates to the work standard (作業標準書).
