Japanese Technical Emails and Reports Handbook
A four-page handbook for Vietnamese engineers writing emails and reports to Japanese customers and managers. It starts from 報連相 and the rules of leading with the conclusion and separating facts from opinions. The email part gives a ready-to-use frame, fourteen fixed phrases by position in the message, purpose-based sentences and the soft refusal formula that always offers an alternative. The report part covers frames for incident, progress and inspection reports and the rule of writing in numbers. It ends with a 30-second morning-meeting update, a shift-handover frame and twenty-seven situational phrases.
