Yes. Most requests start from site photos, hand sketches, or a written description. MINATA works with you to clarify key dimensions, materials, and constraints before producing drawings or an equipment proposal.
Will my drawings and product information stay confidential?
Yes. Files you send are used only for the agreed work, never shared with third parties, and never used as public examples without your consent. MINATA can sign an NDA before receiving any files.
How soon will I get a reply?
