Enrollment open for the 16-session Technical Kaiwa course
MINATA is now accepting enrollment for its 16-session Technical Kaiwa (conversation) course, designed for Vietnamese professionals working with Japanese managers, engineers, or colleagues in manufacturing and engineering environments.
The course follows a practical roadmap of 90-minute online sessions, twice a week over two months, built around real workplace situations: receiving instructions, confirming and asking for clarification, reporting progress and incidents, reading drawings and figures, safety and cautions, requesting work and giving instructions, schedules and deadlines, and coordinating with other parties. It includes two review sessions, and the final session is a comprehensive workplace simulation with a Can-do assessment.
The course philosophy is listen right, speak right, get it done - so learners communicate and confirm correctly and work safely. After the course, learners can confidently greet, receive instructions, confirm, ask again, report, and coordinate work clearly.
